Loan scenarios and pre-qualification results are preliminary and informational and are not a commitment to lend.

Loan-program descriptions are summarized for general understanding and may not describe every requirement, restriction, or variation. Eligibility, credit-score guidelines, debt-to-income allowances, down-payment requirements, loan limits, and funding timelines vary by program, lender, property, and borrower circumstances.

Calculators and similar tools on the Site produce estimates only based on the inputs you provide. They are not a quote, a pre-qualification, or an approval, and actual payments, costs, and eligibility may differ.

Third-Party Links & Resources

The Site may link to external websites and application portals (including loan application and scheduling tools) that are not operated by Oakley Pike, LLC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites, and these Terms do not extend to them.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Oakley Pike, LLC and NEXA Lending and may not be reproduced or reused without permission, except as permitted by applicable law. NMLS and Equal Housing marks are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with applicable requirements.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to misuse any form, calendar, or submission tool. We may restrict or block access to anyone who, in our judgment, violates these Terms or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oakley Pike, LLC and NEXA Lending disclaim warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
